All patient travel vaccinations are referred to YHN Travel Services. Please use the below email address to contact YHN and organise this. You will need to include your full name, date of birth, travel destination and date and your registered Doctors Surgery.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel. It is possible that more than one dose of vaccine is required and vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock item.
